For the past 5 years Michael has worked in personal training and nutritional development becoming an expert in understanding how to transform the body through fitness and diet. Through implementing the CrossFit ideals of functional movement and metabolic conditioning with the knowledge of the body's internal reaction has sparked a fire in Michael to create a new breed of athletes and a training facility that accommodates their needs. Michael currently holds a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate, a CrossFit Nutrition Certificate, a CrossFit Judges Certificate, and is a certified USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach.
Becoming a healthier version of himself became a passion of Anthony's and has driven his athletic career as far as he can remember. Through perseverance and determination, Anthony is in the best shape of his life. Even though he works full time with the Navy, spreading his knowledge of fitness is a top priority. Anthony doesn't just workout for fun - his ultimate goal is longevity. Anthony's drive and fitness level directly helps to ensure that goal. Anthony currently holds a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate and is a certified USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach.
Ethan started with CrossFit three years ago with a drive to become the fittest and strongest version of himself. His passion for fitness brought him on as a coach to share his knowledge and enthusiasm with the rest of the community. Ethan currently holds a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate and CrossFit Judges Certificate.
Grace grew up with a background in gymnastics. Even with a passion for exercise, hiking, and lifting weights she was always in search of something new to add to her routine. A friend introduced her to CrossFit and that was when she discovered handstand push-ups. After her first workout she was determined to better her technique and immediately knew that CrossFit was her sport. For Grace, making others achieve their goals defiantly makes coaching her passion, whatever those goals may be - cleaning 300 pounds or doing a pull-up for the first time. What she loves most about CrossFit are the friendships, encouragement, and camaraderie of the community. Grace holds a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate and a CrossFit Judges Certificate.
Christine tried CrossFit on a whim and immediately became addicted. Seeing a community full of driven and motivated people inspired her to push her limits and pursue fitness on a daily basis. After experiencing firsthand the transformational capabilities of CrossFit both mentally and physically, she discovered a new passion for helping others reach their fitness goals. Christine currently holds a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate and CrossFit Judges Certificate.

Joe graduated magna cum laude at the University of Pittsburgh, where he obtained his B.S. in Rehabilitation Science and received a certificate in Pathokinesiology. He went on to receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, ranked #1 in the nation. After receiving his doctoral degree, he completed a post professional residency to specialize in sports physical therapy at the University of Delaware.
He has delivered presentations at the national APTA Combined Sections Meeting on effective treatment approaches for athletes and performing artists. He continues to remain active in education as a clinical instructor and has been an invited guest lecturer to speak on concussion management and ACL rehabilitation.
Joe also specializes in injury prevention and management of sports related injuries. He utilizes a biomechanical approach with a focus on the latest evidence to meet the individual needs of every athlete. This approach combined with his passion for high performance athletics sets Joe apart as a valuable resource to stay active and continue competing.
Joe is San Diego’s only residency trained sports board certified specialist. During his residency training, he worked with Division 1 athletes, recreational athletes and weekend warriors. While residency training is optional for physical therapists, Joe decided to dedicate significant time, money and most of all passion for the profession of physical therapy. It is this dedication that has allowed Joe to set himself apart and deliver the excellent care every athlete deserves.
