Yoga Teacher Bio: Tina has been a member here at CrossFit TurnPoint for 3 years. She does the WOD 5x a week, giving her yoga class an inside perspective on where exactly those deep stretches need to be placed and what area of the body needs to be strengthened. In addition to being a Yoga instructor, she is also a full time teacher - a dual component that gives her a unique edge.
